Additionally, you can go to Organization Management and make sure the printer is set up correctly and is activated. Best Regards, Hana
-If the environment url is added as allowed on "Pop-ups and redirects". In a case that the print will be shown in pdf in the browser you need to allow this permission
-Like Billur mentioned, check if you have set up print management for packing slip
-If you use DEV machine, please check that if the report service is up and running (has started status)
