Empty voucher numbers after creating a journal from AIF LedgerJournal service

My AIF Ledger Journal sevice is working fine and it is creating new journals from external application in a dynamics AX 2009 environment.

Problem:

After creating journals from AIF service, I tried to create a journal manually in the General Journal screen from the ax system itself. but, it is creating journals with empty voucher numbers in the form (voucher number is blank in the line level). therefore, i am unable to carry on the process.

NB:

i have set up default voucher number creating in the form level and correct voucher number will be allocated at posting level.

This issue started to come after creating Ledger Journal from AIF service. please help me to fix this issue.
