I am new to Dynamics 365 and only recently completed my qualification. I have just built a new environment and i am building it from scratch and I am struggling to get the SLAs and timers to display on cases. The new interface for Dynamics is a little different to what i did my course on so not sure if this is something that isn't working or if its something I haven't done. I have build the SLAs and entitlements I just cant seem to get them to work on the cases. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
