SLAs showing visibly against cases

Hi there,

I am new to Dynamics 365 and only recently completed my qualification. I have just built a new environment and i am building it from scratch and I am struggling to get the SLAs and timers to display on cases. The new interface for Dynamics is a little different to what i did my course on so not sure if this is something that isn't working or if its something I haven't done. I have build the SLAs and entitlements I just cant seem to get them to work on the cases. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Have you enabled SLA's in the environment as they are disabled by default.

    Hi There

    Thank you for replying to me and providing me this, I really appreciate it. I will go through it and see if it allows it to work however I am wondering if it has anything to do with me using 2020 Wave 1 early release as all the settings options from the top bar no longer exist and a lot of the settings are in power apps or the power platform instead? I am struggling to find videos that relate to the new way of building things currently.
