I am desperately missing a service & support feature to keep track on my customer service & support issues connected to orders and deliveries.
Is it hidden somewhere or is it just not there?
How to customize NAV, if possible?

Thank you for posting on the Microsoft Forum.
The only thing I can recommend is to look at the Customer Relationship Management and Service Management functionality to see how it would work to meet the requirements out of the box.
