Change Lead Qualify mapping

I need help in making change to Lead Qualify process. We have one new custom field and we want to map the country to the custom field. Is it possible to make this change? Where can I make the change?

    Hi Partner,
    When you qualify the lead to opportunity, ‘Originating lead’ lookup of the opportunity will be populated with this lead.
