CTI integration with D 365 Onpremise without USD using CISCO

Hi,

we have a requirement to do CTI integration for D 365 on-premise using CISCO. we don't use USD . Is USD required to do CTI integration ? we are looking for inbound calls . . I tried to search and couldn't find much information. Can anyone please provide me with these details on this.Any prerequisites ?

    Glad to answer your question. USD is not a strict requirement for CTI integration with Dynamics 365 on-premise using Cisco. I would recommend to leverage NovelVox CTI connectors. It provides a flexible way to integrate CIsco telephony with Dynamics 365. NovelVox CTI connector comes with features such as inbound call screen pop ups, click-to-dial, call control from CRM, and agent status sync that works well for Dynamics 365.
