CRM Outlook app- Desktop app web viewer is appearing continuously- Windows 10 upgrade

Hi Team,

We have upgraded user machines to windows 10.

after upgradation, it started to appear Desktop app web viewer continously whenever I try to track an email from outlook.

We have IFD dynamic crm 365 9.0.20  version.

Do you know how to avoid this pop up.
