VAT Declaration (AT) Print Excel and XML simultaneously

Dear all,
 
I would like to report salex tax for settlement period (VAT declaration).
 
These are the parameters I have. The Electronic report parameters appear when the report sales tax for settlement period parameters are set\confirmed - I just put them both into one screenshot.
 
 
 
 
 
In the Gen. Ledger parameters, the VAT statement format mapping defines which format you want to print. I can select here either the the Excel or XML format, both MS standard formats.
 
 
 
I need both actually.
 
The excel format is necessary, so that the user can check the data.
The xml format is necessary, in order to upload the data to the tax authority.
 
Does someone has any ideas?

    Got an answer from MS Support that they have several complaints about it and I should raise an Idea...

    Hello,
     
    To add our solution if it helps someone. 
     
    We created a menu time where every user with certain permissions can run an electronic report.
    Its quite simple as it can be seen in the screenshot. My intention was to give the users the possibility to run any report in order to be able to scale it with rising requirements.
     
     
     
    In order to be able to run a report the Action menu item ERSolution is necessary. The other Action menu item is something you need to see the menu item in the modul (ElectronicReportRunner_VTU)
