Send Document Automatically - NAV 2017

Hello Everyone. 

I have a small question on Dynamics NAV 2017 Document Send. I have created "Document Sending Profiles" and then Create "Document Layout" on customer card.

However every time when I try to send invoice from Posted Sales Invoice, system ask for below document and when I click Ok it open another window of e-mail preview. When I click on that it open Outlook

How Can I make it automatic as in send the document without prompting any windows when I click on the send button.

    hi,

    is a NAV "OnDemand email sending" byDesign feature, you need tu customize to achieve automatic email sending without prompting.

    I do not think you can achieve this without customization. The idea is that you anyway need to control what you send, and just pressing one button would be sometimes dangerous. However you can do a customization for that.

    This is standard feature provided by NAV . If you would like to send it automatically then you need to do customization

    I don't think it is possible with setup you need to do a customization in the table Document Sending Profile (Table 60) there is a function called LookupProfile  you need to modify that to pass the default values if you don't want that options page to open.
