Dear Experts,

I use Microsoft Dynamic AX 2012 R

I have a problem on my overtime request workflow

I get this error on view history workflow

Stopped (error): X++ Exception: The hierarchy provider did not return any users.
at SysWorkflowHierarchyProvider-resolve
SysWorkflowHierarchyProvider-resolveHierarchy
SysWorkflowQueue-resume

I check the hierarchy and he has Worker Head

Here is workflow setup

I see some error on Workflow Setup, but I don't know is it affect the problem or not

And here is the role of Worker Head

If you have any solution and suggestion, please provide me

Hi Tahata, can you check user relations on user Yenti and see if employee is setup there to make sure employee/worker is linked to user. Please attach screenshot. Also, attach screenshot for Basic settings tab in workflow setup to see owner.

Here is the Basic Setting of workflow, but I think it doesn't affect the problem because some user can do the workflow succesfully

Hello Bintang,

The error message says that the workflow owner is not valid.

Can you change the owner of this workflow?

Just open the workflow and click on one of the whitespace and then select property where you should be able to see the owner, the email template assigned and alike.

Change the owner, activate this workflow change and try again.

Definitely, the problem is with hierarchy. Can you check workers are assigned correct positions and Report to position is setup correctly to Yeti's position on Ali's position record. Can you double check it?

I already set the owner , the error on workflow setup is gone, but the workflow still stopped with the same error
