Dear Experts,

I use Microsoft Dynamic AX 2012 R

I have a problem on my overtime request workflow

I get this error on view history workflow

Stopped (error): X++ Exception: The hierarchy provider did not return any users.
at SysWorkflowHierarchyProvider-resolve
SysWorkflowHierarchyProvider-resolveHierarchy
SysWorkflowQueue-resume

I check the hierarchy and he has Worker Head

Here is workflow setup

I see some error on Workflow Setup, but I don't know is it affect the problem or not

And here is the role of Worker Head

If you have any solution and suggestion, please provide me

Thank you so much for your comment Ludwig, I had the same error and it got solved by changing the owner. I would still like to understand why some owners are valid and some are not?

Allright, It solved my problem because the relation of the Worker Ali was wrong

Try deleting user relation for user Yenti and recreating it. It might help. Also, what is the current active version number on this workflow?

I just realize this form and workflow are fully customize in need of Human Resource department

This form and workflow used to create Overtime Request for all workers and need approval from their Head or Supervisor

Some workers don't have any problem in this workflow, only specific workers have this problem

Last nigh I did something :

- Clear AUC and XPPIL

- Full compile

- Full CIL

- Syncronize

But workflow still stopped error

Who is the workflow originator in your case?

Can you identify this user/person?

Is this user/person included in your hierarchy at the bottom level?

Here is the user who doesn't have a problem with workflow
The Relationship section is empty too

I already set the owner , the error on workflow setup is gone, but the workflow still stopped with the same error
