Quote Revision: Get original quote line id.

Hello,

This question has to do about the revision of an activated quote. When we revise and create a Quote, is there any way or perhaps a field where we can find the original quote line (of the old quote) from which the newly-created quote line has been cloned of? We have a requrement where when the user revises, we have to copy some records from a table related to the old quote line entity onto the new quote line and the Name or any field combination is not enough to find the original one.
