    Hi,

It seems that you also need to change the main form on the Knowledge Article Entity in your Customer Service Hub to use “Portal Knowledge Article for Interactive experience” instead of "Knowledge Article for interactive experience". you should then see the Lock symbol on the right hand side of the screen once you have navigated to the Summary section of an article.

I was already set to have the "Portal Knowledge Article for Interactive experience” as the main form. The new customer service hub looks a lot nicer but the lock does not show up for me either. When I look at the source of that form, the Content Access Levels list is not there. Maybe there is another option to enable it or there is some bug. It worked find before the v9 upgrade.

    Hi Dynamical,

As Toma suggested you need to modify the form and explicitly add CAL subgrid post which the lock screen will appear. Please let me if you are looking for solution. I can share all the steps in detail.

S V, Thanks, Yes I actually found the subgrid control and added it to the Reference Panel control on the new interactive experience form aka Knowledge Article for interactive experience. I thought Tom-G was saying to use the Portal Knowledge Article for Interactive experience” instead of "Knowledge Article for interactive experience". That is what i tried first but the content control for the description only shows in a single line and does not use the HTML editor. But anyway, thank you to everyone for the help. I appreciate it

Hi S V, Since our upgrade this weekend, I too am now missing the padlock!  For a brief moment this morning, I had the option to "switch" forms, but that seems to have gone away and now I need to fix the one form view to include CAL - could you provide me the steps please?  Thanks,

    Hi Mark,

Sorry, I just saw your message. Do you still face the issue ?

No, I managed to "Make" it on the Default "Knowledge Article for interactive experience" form by creating a new sub-grid!  My icon is the wrong shade, but it's doing what I want!  Thanks fro asking though.

I am having greater issues with general visibility of all the various related information in any of the Knowledge Article views - I would like reports where I can filter by CAL, Product, Categories etc but I just don't seem to be getting anywhere with this - most columns appear empty.  Another post probably!  Cheers,

I make same steps as described in link but again I can see article when I sign out from portal. How is that possible?
