I can't get the pre-set keyboard short cuts to work. I have checked everything I can and i must be a personal setting somewhere as they short cuts work for my colleagues.

Keyboard layout it set to standard

Using Microsoft edge for Business Central.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you using the exact same hardware keyboard as your colleagues?

I am using a Dell keyboard where i have to use the fn key in addition to the F1..F12 keys to access the shortcuts or I can re-configure each function key to work without the use of the fn key.

Maybe the same can be the case with your keyboard?

Thank you Inge. That works on my keyboard as well. We all have different keyboards in the company.
