Why cant external customer voice external adresses add files?

Im creating a customer survey to send out to our installers to use after they have completed a task.

They have external emailadressses outside our corporation.

Why cant they attach files (pictures and so on) to the survey?

Is there a way to solve this?

    Feature to enable file upload for external users is in Preview right now. If you want to try this feature, please contact customervoice@microsoft.com with your tenant id.

    Hey Sanjay Kasat is this feature already implemented or do we rely on the preview version? Or is there a workarround to currently achieve a file upload for externals?

    You need to lodge a case with Microsoft to get them to enable this on your tenant.

    Another reminder for this thread.
     
    I'm handling a client from disability organisation who needs inclusivity feature. 
    They want to do a survey that can receive video submission from their client. Right now the 'File upload' feature in Customer Voice only allow internal email account. They want to receive video submission from everyone externally. 
     
    Any ideas on workaround for this or is this even in one of the Release Wave that I'm not aware of ? 
    Please advise. Thank you.
