Project on account transaction not always visible

Can anyone help me understand why a project on account transaction would be visible in a certain project's pending transaction list (the list on the right side of the project form in the rich client), but not in the list of on account transactions for that project when using the on account transaction icon on the manage tab in the Bill section.   I'm using AX 2012 R2 CU7.  I've researched this and not found any KBs or web postings anywhere.

    Hello Howard,

Can this ben an update issue of the list page / fact box?

Have you used the "Refresh" button on top of the list page?

I believe that I would help if you could provide some screenshots of your problem.

    Thank you.

There is no refresh button on the On Account transactions form in R2 CU7.  That's the form I would use to work with the on account transactions.  Even when I hit F5, nothing happens.  I'm trying to insert a SnagIt screen shot but it doesn't seem to work, even after switch to rich text formatting.  And unfortunately seeing the on account transaction in the pending transactions list doesn't help me much since I can't **DO** anything with it.  I can only see it.

    Hello Howard,

I double checked in my CU9 system and tried to use various different setups but have not been able to stumble over the issue you describe. I thus believe as you indicated earlier that this might be a bug in your system. Probably try to debug the issue with a developer and log an incident with the MS Support Team as they might help you providing a fix for your Problem.

    All the best,

    Ludwig
