blocked when adding extra seats Pricing

A customer of us, has subscribed some months ago a 3 years F&O subscription.

Today the customer wants to add 6 extra users but not on the same subscription, he now wants to add theses 6 seats on a monthly basis engagement. Arrow can’t process the order because the min seats is 20. As the customer has already more than 20 users is it possible to pay for these extra 6 even if it is on another subscription ?

It is for the same tenant.

Hi philipbl,

What exactly do you mean with "not on the same subscription"? Do they want to setup an additional environment (new implementation project on the same or other tenant)? If it is about a new environment, then again you would need to fulfill the 20 minimum seats. If it is for the same LCS project, but they want to have other contract terms, I would recommend contacting Microsoft with this question.

I was talking about the CSP susbscription. We can't succeed to buy extra seats on another (new) monthly CSP susbcription. Projet is the same, tenant is the same.

Thanks for the clarification. I'm not able to answer this question. I doubt if this is possible at all. I would recommend contacting Microsoft with this question.
