Best practice for editing live Marketing Emails when Company brand is changed?

Hi,

Let's say that we have 30 different Marketing Emails currently live and used in various live Customer Journeys.

Now our Company brand is updated and we need to impelement new logo and brand colors to ALL 30 Marketing emails currently live accross the system.

We need to do this as quickly as possible, without interrupting the live Customer Journeys.

What's the best practice for updating the Marketing Emails in such scenario?

    I noticed there is also a Live Edit - button on the Marketing Email.

    What's the difference in doing a Live Edit versus Stopping the Email and going live again?

    Ps. For best practices in general, I think that using content blocks for the repeating brand elements (like header and footer) might be a good idea.

    If there is a brand change in future (which seems to happen quite regurlarly for many organizations), whole content blocks are easier to change and replace, even if we need to go through one Marketing Email at a time.  Unfortunately the content block features are too limited at the moment (with only text and picture elements availabe and no ability to change column layout or easily add social media buttons) but hopefully it gets better in future!

    Hi Tina,

    Today you would need to stop the email, change out the logo and then set the email to go live again.  The customer journey can remain uninterrupted that way.
