Inventory closing error

Hi All,

When performing inventory closing, system getting following error :

"Account number for transaction type inventory profit does not exist"

Most of the time this error occurred , We change and set Ledger account for inventory profit in item group or Inventsettlement table. but this time we cant solve this issue.

One of developers , delete inventory closing record in inventclosing Table,

however , now how we can reverse operation ?

in Inventory closing , what table will be affect ?

how to delete all transaction in inventory and financial related to specific inventory closing ?

Hi, Please check the inventory posting matrix under inventory-setup-posting-posting and whether an account is seetup in the inventory tab for profits. If this is the case try to setup an account in GL under the automatic posting accounts. If this does also not work get into contact with a developer and/or the MS support.
