I set up Outlook CRM and it brought in hundres of contacts from CRM into my Outlook. Is there an easy way for me to remove these from Outlook or do I have to do it 1 by 1?
Hello,
You could use the EWS Editor for D365 (github.com/.../EWS-Editor-for-D365) to delete the synched Contacts. Basically, you should use the Dynamics 365 > Mailbox Cleanup Wizard > Contacts option to do that:
Add the following filter: crmLinkState Equals 2
You can change the filter criteria to match the link state you want to remove:
Click "Find Items" and "Delete All Items".
NOTE: Before proceed with deletion, please stop the ACT sync process from D365 to Exchange. Also, perform a local backup (PST file) of your contacts in Exchange.
Thanks,
