GP Report to display Item Cost plus all components for landed cost

We have a client that receives product at one location which includes associated costs - freight, etc. They then repackage this item for another location and apparently lose the original landed cost once it it sent to the 2nd location. Is there a SQL View or Report that can show the Landed cost and all components for a given item at any point in time? They do not use MR.

More information. It seems that the item is received in GP through a 3rd party process which includes the additional costs in the BOM. Once the Customer attempts to resell this item, the 3rd party product cannot re-use it because it is already part of another BOM in GP. So, they need to delete this original BOM in order to process. To locate those original costs, they can reactivate the original BOM in GP and locate those costs, but will need to deactivate again. I may just close this, as it appears to be tied to their Inventory data entry app and not specific to GP.
