Do we need separate license for vendor collaboration?
Hello Rusty Ryan,
In D365; separate license is not required for Vendor collaboration as this is inbuilt.
You can further check in System administration > Setup > License configuration.
Here, if you expand the Trade section, you will see vendor collaboration is already enabled.

You do not need a seperate license for vendor collaboration.
However, the Vendor email address must be added as a Guest user on the AD. So that they can authenticate into your tenant.
but do i need a scm license per vendor that have access to vendor colaboration module?
No you don't need seperate scm license for vendors.
All you need to do is add the vendors to your guest D users for authentication to the d365 tenant.
