Scheduling questionnaire

Hi,

I've tried to follow the guide on scheduling a questionnaire (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/human-resources/hr-learning-distribute-questionnaires-scheduling)

but when I got the the step 3 in Setup details 'Click View or modify query to select specific people ' I got a blank form and I'm unable to select any employees. The 'View or modify query' button at the bottom is greyed out. Any help would be appreciated.

What role are you using and do you have the right privileges?

I have the roles below:

Employee

System administrator

System user

Training manager

Hi Judy,

I have the roles below:

• Employee

• System administrator

• System user

• Training manager

with being system administrator I thought I had all the permissions I need... but if you could suggest any more roles, that would help.
