GlobalAddressBook can't add it to queryForm

What is the privilege criteria to add a table in queryForm?
It happened to me that a table won't show anymore to add into the form and no privileges I found except sysAdmin made me add GlobalAddressBook to a query. Luckily after reverting the privileges the relation stays there and it works but it not a good practice....
So any idea on with what privileges can I add DIrPartyTable to queryForm?

    Hi Radek,
     
    Do you have access to the form Global Address Book? You can try to ask if someone would be able to add table permissions for this specific table to your role. You can read the next blog to understand more about table permissions. Anyway, indeed once the query is saved, it will not be changed when missing some permissions.

    I do have the permision to the GlobalAddressBook, even tried to add more privileges just to the table yet still the relation don't pop up when I try to add it. Only when I'm on Admin privileges I can add it.
