Leave Accruals have stopped

We have configured a Privilege leave plan that is set to accrue 1.67 days of vacation each month. Please see screen grab below

Accruals were working well till August 2020 but for some reason they have not happened in the month of September and October. Please see screen grab below. This is causing leave balances to be inaccurate. Would anyone know why this is happening? Any solutions?

    Hello Ian,

    Please check for any changes in the employment. Any reason why you would no longer be enrolled in the Leave plan?

    Can you also share the Leave Plan setup? Seems to be a monthly Leave plan, that awards the accrual at the last day of the month,  but I think it's worth having a look in the setup anyway.

    Based on that, we can look into some more reasons why accrual is no longer updated.

    Also, maybe the batch job ends in error, have you checked that?
