Hello all,

we are loading historical data into the new organization where all the data contains users who do not exist in the system . is there any work around to load those users with out creating AD accounts for them . Thanks in advance.

Hi Partner,

Unfortunately there isn't any workaround for this scenario as users has to be exist in AD to be present in the organization.

Create some text fields on the CRM record to store the relevant details for history purposes,

Create a Team (with a Security role with enough privileges to own the record) and set the owner of those records to be owned by the Team

Unfortunately there is no workaround. All of the users will need to exist in AD.
