I don't think the columns with column restriction for debit and credit are needed or doing the calculation of net change since the debit and credit are NP (non-printing) anyway. Remove the column restriction with Periods Covered as Periodic, and it shows the month's net amount. Then do the calculation for the difference and then another calculation for the % change. For the % change, there needs to be a format/currency override so that it shows as a percentage rather than multiply by 100.
