View all attachments in a ticket/case

(Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a function inside a CRM case, to view a list with all attachments from everyone? (Both incoming and outgoing attatchmens)
Sometimes, attachments are spread all over in a case, and it can be really hard and time consuming to find a specific one, when there is lots of email going back and forth.

    Are these attachments placed on the emails related to one case?
    Like this:
    This attachments are stored in Attachment table:
     
     
    But we can't customize view or forms in this table, which is by-design.

    And thanks for reply.

    Yes, all attachments are in same case in CRM.

    But you have to open one record to view the attachments table, and also then you just get to see attachment for that email only, not for all other replies/emails.
    We want to we all attachments/attachment table, from all emails in same case possible to view in main window of the case sort of say, not after open a single record (and again, this will only show attachments for that reply/email not all emails in case).

    Hello,

    Thanks for the link.
    But we are only using web based CRM, no program on windows as far as i know. (i'm not admin of the system, only user inside company)
    So not sure this would work then?
