Hello Experts,

I am working with SLA configuration and there is an SLA item which is working fine but now the business requirement changed and i have to create/clone a new SLA item with new warning and failure timings.

Old SLA Item : On the Failure Actions there is a step to update Entity (Work Order) having Field ==> SLA Failure Triggered Response to {Yes}

For New SLA Item i am unable to update this field. it appear as read only. and i can not use the Form assistant values in it as well.

I am not sure whether this value is coming from some java script or some business rule or what ever it is ?
Any help will be much appreciated on this.

    Hi,

    Can you open Work Order from from Customization and see field properties. If Read only is set to true then you should first change the field property to uncheck read only. Publish the changes and then go to SLA item to update set this field.

    Once you are done again go back to customization work order form and revert the changes.

    Also if you have multiple Main Form for Work Order you will have to perform above changes for all forms.

    Please mark my answer verified if i were helpful

    If you created this field please make sure you are using the same option set that was used for the previous fields, seems like the previous field did not have a two option optionset and was a multi option set.
