How to order Resource Scheduling Optimization?

Hi,

We currently have D365 Field Services Enterprise subscriptions via an EAS agreement however when it comes to the addon for resource scheduling optimisation does this need to be purchased via the M365 admin portal or can we order it via a standard EA order?

Although our technical staff have access to the M365 admin portal to assign licenses in general our procurement team do not which will be an issue if this is required. Also is the user ordering RSO required to have a D365 FS license assigned to them?

So I've learned that we can order it via the EAS.

You can order all related dynamics solutions through EAS.

It is not necessary for the user ordering RSO to have Field Service License.
