Is it possible to script a CRM 2011 database in order to create a new blank database so this can be used to import a new blank copy of the organisation. I have attempted but the import wizard fails stating that there is no organisation database.

But beware - this is unsupported, do that only in the test environment and do backups of your DB regularly.
Hi my problem is that there is a base managed solution which i cannot export and don't have access to the unmanaged or managed version of the solution exported
I would suggest adding all the entities that are used into a solution, export the solution and then import into a new blank organisation
