Hello,
When I am trying to view the Items Purchasing Options Maintenance window from the Item Maintenance for a particular "Service Item" then the yellow icon in front of the Item number in the Items Purchasing Options Maintenance window is enabled and opens the window Manufacturer's Item number Maintenance.
But, When I am trying to view the same Items Purchasing Options Mantainace window from the the "ItemInquiry" window for a particular Service Item then the yellow icon in front of the Item number in the Items Purchasing Options Maintenance window is disabled.
Is there any way to enable the icon from the item inquiry window also for the service items?

The item manufacturer window is not available for a "service item", neither from the item card nor the inquiry. I have just tested that on Dynamics GP 2013, 2010, and 10.
If I reach the item purchase options window, the yellow icon is always disabled for a service item. Is it possible that you are looking at a specific item which has been manipulated on the database level ? If so, could you create a test service item to make sure.
