I have a question about report designer and the reporting trees. I added some new sites to my reporting tree and the data for those sites is not showing up in my report. The sites that were already in the tree have data. Do you know what I could be doing wrong?
Issue is resolved- She just needed to choose the appropriate tree/reporting unit in her column layout.
If you create a report without a tree and with a basic row/column, does the data appear? (My initial thought is there are report, row, or column restrictions that are set to specific units.)
So when you say 'sites', what exactly do you mean? Do you a new database, or are you using MEM? (If you don't know what MEM is, you're not using it;-) Are you sure the new sites have data for the period(s) you're reporting on?
Yes we rebuilt the datamart. I thought that would fix it as well.
Have you rebuilt the DataMart?
