Hi,
I am trying to use the Cancel function on a Posted Sales Credit Memo and get the following error: "You cannot cancel this posted sales credit memo because it is not a corrective document".
I've tried researching this error but came up empty. Does anyone know why it would throw this error?

but it seems to be doc is already cancelled once.

If I remember correctly then 112 is sales invoice header.

I cannot find a field "Cancelled by Doc No". Do you happen to know the field number in case it's very obvious and somehow I'm missing it?

Did you chech cancelled by doc no field in sales invoice?
Run sales invoice header and filter above field with credit memo value.

Agree with Mohana. First check if the field "cancelled" is ticked in the credit memo header.
is that creditmemo already cancelled?
check Cancelled By Doc. No. field in any sales invoice record with creditmemo no.
