Advanced Find Query for Cases with No Tasks Activity

Hi All,

I am trying to build an advanced find query to find all relevant cases which does not have any "Tasks" Activity Created in it. However, despite putting the condition of not including the Tasks Activity in the advanced find, I am still getting cases returned which have Tasks Activity associated with it.

Can someone guide me on where am I going wrong. I am using MS Dynamics On Prem 8.2.Cases-with-no-tasks.png

    Unfortunately this in not available in OnPrem 8.2. The FetchXML capability supports this, but the Advanced Find UI didn't allow you to set this in OnPrem 8.2.

    The way that this is done for 9.x is that there is an option next to where you select the child entity ('Activities (Regarding)' in this example), where you can specify 'Does not Contain Data'. However, this still has limitations as it does not allow any conditions after this

    Your current query will return cases that have an activity that is not a task

    Hi David,

    Thanks for your revert.

    In the current query as well, I am getting cases which has Task Activity created in it. Is there a way by modifying the conditions through which I can retrieve cases without task activity.
