NAV 2013 R2 and outlook integration

As far as I can tell I've installed the outlook components. I can access the settings for the NAV connectiion from outlook. 

When I go into NAV to check outlook synch entities and outlook setup I get the error on the attached screenshot. 

I've uninstalled completely and reinstalled. Kind of our of options. I see that the outlook pages are available via the dev client.

if it can't be read the message in the error box says.

"installation and configuration of the Microsoft Outlook integration add-in is not complete. Be sure that Outlook Integration is installed and all required objects are allowed to run."

    I don't think i have seen the compatability in any latest cumulative updates, i recommend do a technical upgrade from NAV 2013 to NAV 2013 R2.

    Found out the version of NAV being used is NAV 2013 which is NOT compatible with Office 365.

    You guys know of any work arounds for outlook integration with NAV 2013 and office365?

    Restarted production services to no avail. Attempting another fresh install this morning.

    Have you restarted the services after install ? If not try that.

    Checked event viewer to see that the outlook installation was successful.
