Upside Down Fields on Lead Form

One of my users is having trouble with the phone number fields appearing upside down when trying to use a Lead form: 
Any thoughts on why this is happening and how it can be resolved?

    This seems very unusual. Did you tried clearing your cache? or tried with a different browser?
