I am facing weird thing while importing solution in a different organization. I've already make sure that all the required components are part of the solution.  Now while importing solution, I am facing an error that is Expected non-empty Guid.

Any one has any idea about this?

I have the same question (0)

Usually you will run in to this situation if you have any custom workflow or plugins where it is expecting Some sort of Guid.

Please Check if Enable Workflow on import is checked on import

You Can Refer the Blogs Below :

    social.microsoft.com/.../expected-nonempty-guid

I would have considered Removing workflows if there aren't Many One by One to naarow down which one is causing issue .

If there are Many workflows I would have removed couple of them in bulk of 10

In our case there was applelements missing which was referrring to the custom page (canvas app), removing or adding the extra missing section should fix it.nishantrana.me/.../

I am getting the same error when creating a record or importing data. I have tried deactivating the processes but still getting the same error. What else can be checked? Any suggestions?

Nishant's response was specific to a page that was causing the problem. Others get it when a process was referring to an entity reference that was bad - but a major cause of this error is simply the solution itself. Create another solution and put all the components from the errant solution into it and the new solution may work correctly.
