Dynamics 365 Marketing Emails in Outlook Sent Items

Hello!

We are currently testing the marketing emails in D365. We are wondering if it's possible for emails sent out to show up in users Outlook sent items.

We have our domain authenticated and set as default. Server Side Synchronization has also been enabled.

Here are some of the resources I found:

https://debajmecrm.com/emails-sent-from-dynamics-365-are-now-visible-in-sent-items-of-outlook/

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/server-side-synchronization#features-available-with-server-side-synchronization

Any direction or help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you

    Hi,

Hope these two posts can be helpful to you:

Sync sent emails from ms crm web client with Sent items folder in Outlook - Microsoft Dynamics CRM Forum Community Forum

E-mails sent by Dynamics CRM not saved in Sent Items folder (Exchange) - Microsoft Dynamics CRM Forum Community Forum

If this helped you, I'd appreciate it if you'd mark this as a Verified Answer, which may in turn help others as well.

    Best Regards,

Thanks for sending this over Frank!

Unfortunately the mail is still not showing in my  "Sent Items"... Is there anything else I can do?

    Thanks again,

    Patrick
