Hi Guys,
I am trying to schedule my custom entity but somehow I can not choose my booking relationship(or create new one).
I added the (by some supposed) necessary fields to my entity(duration, location, schedule from and to, latitude/longitude, territory) and the extra staus reasons to map with bookings but still nothing.
Any ideas?

Please make sure you meet the prerequisites listed in this doc: Enable an entity for scheduling in Dynamics 365 Field Service | Microsoft Docs
I can achieve this and there is no necessary to create those fields when you add your custom entity to schedule.
Please try to clear your bowser cache/use another bowser to have a try.
If all these could not work, please raise a ticket to contact Microsoft.
Ticket is raised, thanks. I have no problems getting this done in other client environments, just this one.
Did you publish after entering this? Did you setup the booking metadata record? When you open the record, do you see a book button on the command bar? Steps here: docs.microsoft.com/.../schedule-new-entity
