For a customer i installed:
- Navision 2018 (CU2) on a Azure VM
- Created Single Sing On certificate and bind in to 443 in IIS.
- Also created an inbound rule on port 443
- Migrated the Navision DB to Azure SQL
- Navision DB is licensed by the customer
- Enabled SSO with powershell (Set-NavSingleSignOnWithOffice365)
From the browser on my laptop i can open https://company.westeurope.cloudapp.azure.com/DynamicsNAV110
When i use the credentials of the account i used to configure SSO (test@company.onmicrosoft.com) it works perfect.
If i create a new Office 365 account and i create the user also in Navision 2018, with the usernamen and authentication email for example:
test2@company.onmicrosoft.com
When i try to logon with the new account on https://company.westeurope.cloudapp.azure.com/DynamicsNAV110 i get the following message:
Sorry, that didn't work
There is no company in the database. Contact your system administrator.
The SSO only looks to work for the account i used to configure SSO.
I'am not a Navision specialist, if someone can help me i would be very thankful.
Maybe i need to do something first with the newly created accounts?
Kind Regards,
Arie Heukels
