Rate Route Workbench AX 2012

I am configuring the Transportation Management module. I'm all done with the setup but In order to ensure whether the Routing Guide is picked up correctly by the Rate Route Work Engine. I have to run the inquiry for Rate Route Workbench, but in spite of everything used the workbench does not load the line to suggest me routing guide for the respective route. 
I have gone through the setup multiple of times but in vain, if anybody has any idea about this query please share your thoughts.

    Good Morning.

    It is not that much easy to explain the whole idea of rate route work bench on forum.Regarding you issue you need to configure the following.

    1. Define Rate as per your engine selection

    2. Configure the distance between origin to destination

    3. Configure rate master as per you engine setup

    Hi Zain,

    it is difficult to say because there are multiple posible issues here,  but, you can check:

    I recommend to start with PO receiving process.

    1.  Check PO has a delivery terms with the transportation management parameters checked

    2.  It depends on the engine but i had problems with the combination of postal codes. Set an easy combination to start or:

    3. You can set up an override charges, just to verify the configuration is ok. This charges are easily applied than the rates.

    Good Morning Kumar,

    I have defined everything, Route guide, Route plan, Mileage engine and Transit Time Engine. I have created Hubs and Hub Master for the particular scenario but still of no use whenever i recall them on the Rate Route Workbench.

    Hi Carlos,

    This is what i have thought of that i have an issue with the combination of postal codes. But i have checked them over multiple scenarios, weather it is Hub Warehouse to Vendor or it is  to the customer. The rest of the requisites are already performed.

    Dear Zain Mehmood,

    I can understand your situation and problem. I have been in this few month back.

    I have used this feature and it was working fine with demo data. Really I think you should verify you setup again. I will suggest please download all related documents from partner source and verify you setup as per guide. You will find some loop holes. Its really difficult to say in this situation. Its really difficult to find out exact missing setup.
