monitor the activities of sales

Posted on by 15

How do you monitor the activities of sales? Our current need is to know what sales people are offering to customers and what happens next. Do they follow up with customers? Do they call them? What did they talk about with the customers? What would you suggest as a follow-up solution? We need to be able to track and report.

    Hi Domdij,

Inorder to monitor the activities of sales. All the requirements mentioned above require custom development and ThirdParty Addon integration for your CRM acceleration. these addons may include the kanban Board and the Interactive activity timeline. if you are interested please visit the page below. It will help you get all the requirements done.

    Hi partner,

Sorry, but I can't provide you with any third-party information here, this is my work policy. You will need to do your own search.

In short, there is no such function inside D365 to monitor and record the user's calls.

    Hi partner,

    1. For follow-up emails, if the tracking option in the user's personal settings is not "No emails", then all follow-up emails with D365 contacts will be automatically tracked into D365 as Email records.

    2. For other Activities types, users need to create follow-up records in D365 manually, or track the activities in the Outlook manually.

Activities with a customer appear in the timeline of the customer form.

    3. For recording what the user has talked about with the customer, this requires integration with a third party.
