Remove email address from contacts with data from CSV file

Hello,

We want to remove 100,000+ email address data from contacts and leads. The list was given to us by a third-party (subscribers list).

We have a CSV file with only email addresses in it and all those are invalid.

Is there any option to import these list onto CRM, match the contact and bulk delete, without having to go through these one-by-one?

Thank you in advance!

Best regards,

Apolka

    1. Clear the Email Address which is not required from the Org. 2. Create a console define your conditions/business logic and then update those correct mail Id to the Org in batches.

    2. If you are familiar with Power Automate you can do it as Bipin mentioned below.

    Hi,

    Some possible options could be:

    1. Export contact to excel, vlookup and update data reimport updated data

    2. .Net utility which will compare contact based on the email address and update it null

    Hi,

You can not do through OOB Import wizard.

If you are using CRM Online then you can Power Automate to achieve your requirement.

If you are using CRM Onpremise then you could first dump the data to SQL temporary table. And create small Console application to fetch data from sql and update records with null value in dynamics.
