My son has been cleaning trash cans in our neighborhood for a year. I’d like to think of a way to take his little business and make it more digital/automated.
I don’t know if FS is the right solution for something like this or a different Dynamics product. I know FS is overkill as it’s used by large corporations, but I’m trying to plan out how his business processes would look if he had a solution like FS.
The business cycle is simple:
- Marketing - Hand out fliers with QR code to scan to sign up for services via Microsoft Form
- Information from Form gets added to a CRM - Cus timer information; # of trash cleans to clean; trash day or week
- Service - This is where I want to see how a CRM/FS could be used:
- each customer account in CRM has each trash can listed as an item to be serviced
- Monthly service is assigned to different employees/field technicians
- Technician clean cans and take pictures of clean cans
- FS automated texts client once service is complete
Again, I know FS is overkill for a simple business like this, but I would love any input that users have on the above as to whether or not this is possible with FS or if I should look for a different product. I would love to automate the business so that he can scale it easier. Thank you for your time and your help in advance.
