that it's very strange because the total number of tools (in the left bottom corner) is currently correct (262 tools)
As alternative you can try in this way:
close XrmToolBox
download the Rappen.XTB.FXB.dll from the repository/releases section https://github.com/rappen/FetchXMLBuilder/releases
Copy the dll to the XrmToolBox plugin folder, is usually located at
C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Roaming\MscrmTools\XrmToolBox\Plugins
open again XrmToolBox
