Bounce type - Not being shown?

Hi everyone.

We are trying to set a grading in the Real-Time Marketing Scoring model based on the bounce type, but none aren't displayed. Is this normal? I assume here that the service provides the type of Bounces (Soft, Hard, etc). May this be an issue or something is not well configured? Thank you!

BTW I checked this other blog reference and time ago something similar was reported but I would think now it is resolved: https://community.dynamics.com/forums/thread/details/?threadid=e7b33fc8-7721-ee11-9cbd-00224827e5d4

Hi, thank you for taking the time to check it.

Indeed, what I assume is that there is a code defect here. With your confirmation, I opened a support request for MS to take a look. In the meantime, the workaround should work, TY!

    Hi,

I have encountered this issue in both Customer Insights -Journeys trial environments.

But you can try using the category field to identify the bounce of the email.
    According to the Microsoft documentation.
To identify the cause of bounced campaign emails, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys includes a bounce categorization feature.
The first two categories – invalid-mailbox and invalid-domain – are known as “hard bounces.”

    Best Regards,
    Dengliang Li
