Hi All,

We have a intergration section where process is working fine for project stage "In-process" , not for project stage "Created".

our client wants the process should work for project stage "Created" as well.

we found the project rule set for "In-process"stage, we wanted to have the same rules for "Created" stage as well but we are unable to edit the below radio buttons to have "yes".

how we can make it enable as "Yes" please advise.

Project stage "In-process" project rules:

Project stage "Created" rules - Below setups we wanted to make "Yes" hilighted in red:

    Hi Akbarpasha,

I think this is the standard behavior. Above mentioned radio button will not be enabled for project status created.

So you need to change the project status from "Created" to "In process".

    Thanks,

    Girish S.

    Hi Girish,

Yes, everytime we cannot make a project stage change to "In-process" as there is a schdeuled batch job for integration process, so we wanted to make the same setups for "Created" similar to "In-process" stage, is it possible for project rules update?

    Please advise.

    Hi Akbarpasha,

Updating project stage will be one time process.

Does your integration creates a new project in d365?

    Thanks,

    Girish S.

    Hi Akbarpasha,

If you don't need the 'Created' stage, you can disable them in the setup for the project types. Then a new created project will get the first active stage. You can also consider using a user defined status if you need two different stages and enable the options.
