Sales Order getting auto canceled as Soon As I add the line.

Hello All, 
Sales order getting auto canceled as soon as I add the line in it. The Line Status changes to Cancel and then SO status changes to canceled. Is it because I am missing any error. I checked the quantity of item- Stock is available. Not able to get this issue.

    Can you check the delivery remainder for the sales order lines? Is this having an open quantity? Can you also tell how the sales order lines are being entered into the application?

    @André Arnaud de Calavon Hi, Yes looks like it is some issue with Delivery Reminder. When I put only 1 quantity system canceled the line. But when I change the quantity to more than 1, Line and Order status changes to Open and On Ordered - Only -1 is visible instead of -2. 
     
    Still not able to resolve it.

    Yes their are customizations also, Mexican Localization is their. By initial findings looks like issue with Delivery Reminder. When quantity is 1, Order get cancelled automatically, while more than 1 quantity then Status changes to Open order. 
    Also, in Ordered Quantity System shows -1 only (When their is 2 quantities ordered) 
    Unable to understand.

    You mentioned there are customization. That explain the behavior of the sales order. Will advice you refer back to your developers or partner for the process flow.

    Yes, We were able to solve this now. The issue was due to some glitch in Code. The Developer found after debugging and solved.
