GP2013 Sales Item Detail Entry opens Visual Basic and crashes

We have a user that wants to go back and edit a line item in an order. When the Sales Item Detail Entry screen is selected though, a Visual Basic screen comes up and a Compile error "Variable not defined" message pops up. Please advise.

I think your window Sales Item Detail Entry already modified using VBA

but coding is wrong with the variable

Or you can delete coding and back to original GP
