Item, customer and vendor templates is missing when creating new post

When I click on NEW on item, customer or vendor the templates doesn't pop up. It just creates a new card directly. Is there a setting that allows the templates to pop up? I have 7 configurations templates for items that is enabled and was created from start. This templates doesn't show. I konw there is a new feature with templates so I have added Item templates as well to see if that works but they don't show up either.

    I want the choices for templates to pop up when clicking on new. On items, cusomters and vendors.

    There is Item Template, Customer Template & Vendor Template master. Pls check these setups.

    If you only have one (1) template for the record, it will apply it automatically.  The Pop-Up only appears when you have two (2) or more templates for a given record type.

    You also need to be sure you are using the "Item Template" or "Customer Template".  The Configuration Data Templates are different and used with Configuration Packages.

    Hello,

    In the No. Series you need to enable the automatic numbering for Items. Otherwise, no template will show up.

    Hi,

    Yes, all four templates have no.series. See attached images. 

    I tried to delete the templates and create new on Items but it doesn´t work. I have managed to make it work on customers and vendors but on Items the templates doesn't pop up.

    Have you check if you have any customization installed in your system that might interfere with the standard behavior of the templates?

    If not i would ask my partner to open a support case with Microsoft around this issue.

    Hi, I checked the standard code for the customer template and it doesn't look like there are any settings. As long as the number of templates is greater than 1, it will be displayed. Please try it in a standard environment.

    Hi,

    I finally found out what the problem was. The checkbox for default nos. was not activated on the no.series for items.
